Palmetto Gun Club, Inc. is a multi-discipline private shooting sports club, dedicated to providing our membership with a first rate and safe shooting facility. We are proud to be the host of several state championship matches as well as regional championship matches. Our facility are second to none, complete with camping facilities, electrical service, running water, rest rooms and soon showers. The perfect place to stay while you are participating in a sponsored match.

We have two ranges that are utilized for various scheduled matches as well as general plinking and other forms of recreational shooting. PGC is a family oriented organization and encourages members to bring their family members to the various shooting sports. It is a also an ideal place to bring the kids for a fun day and an opportunity for parents to spend quality time with the family while teaching gun safety and responsibility. The Palmetto Gun Club monthly meeting is held at the North Charleston High School, usually in the cafeteria. Meetings start at 7PM on the third Thursday of the month and last less than an hour. After the meeting, a group will meet at a local restaurant to solve the world problems and discuss our favorite pass time, the various shooting sports. The Executive Committee meets on the first Tuesday of the month at a time a place determined by the Club President.

Future plans are to acquire additional property on both sides of the Ridgeville Range for future expansion projects.  We are also in the planning stages to build a club house, additional pistol berms for Cowboy Action Shooting as well as a Silhouette Range.
